Do not penetrate the minds of ignorant who are engaged in due action, instead engage and coordinate them into meaningful actions, thus, proceed the wise.
Everybody cannot understand everything. There is no point in trying to make people understand logic if they have no capacity to comprehend. Ignorant here is the relative term. People develop faith on doctors as not all would understanding medical sciences. A doctor cannot understand an engineer's role. For law, a trusted and knowledgeable advocate is advisable. These are skill-related ignorance. Lack of intellect can lead to general ignorance of various kinds, for example travel safety or political blindness of masses. Choose whom to trust cautiously.  Engage people as teams, in trust, there is no point in arguing with ignorant, or discussing where we lack enough knowledge. Just persuade all and be part of the team, engaged in coordinated actions.
