Promote the logic of Religion. Help eradicate blind belief and apostacy - both are baseless. Presumption that current Era is the first monotonous rise of intellectualism is a self-conceited idea. The science did develop in the past, there are enough evidences which we dissmiss without brains. In socio-psychology, probably Indian Rishis were better than where we are today. 5000 years is too long for sinusoidal ups and downs of humanity. In just 50 years we came from telegraphic messaging to live videos in mobiles and 3D holographic imaging. What if it was monotonously developing with same pace for 5000 years. Imagine the world we would have been living! Inhuman destruction of knoweldge blocked our rise. It takes just two generations of calamities - natural or man-made to send humanity thousands of years backwards. If only we can read Srimad Bhagwad Gita logically, we discover these facts and comprehend how humanity treads its path, and then we also understand the guides that keeps the track of sustainable and progressive humanity. Lets come out of our blind haughtiness and decode the symbols, and religious notions. *OM Tat Sad* Let us know what you think and write to us: info@humanityisreligion1.com and humanityisreligion1@gmail.com.com

Understand Concept in Srimad Bhagwad Gita

Dedicate all Actions to God

ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्म हविब्र्रह्माग्रौ ब्रह्मणा हुतम्।
ब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्मसमाधिना।।4-24।।
Brahmaarpanam brahmahavirbrahmaagnau brahmanaa hutam |
Brahmaiva tena gantavyam brahmakarmasamaadhinaa ||

Dedicated to Brahm (are all actions, like Yagya) where Brahm is the ghee/butter/fuel to fire (cause of actions derived from life), fire itself is Brahma (Yagya or Projects of mankind) and Brahma is ‘Ahuti’ too (the sacrifice by and contribution of people involved in Yagya or Projects). Everyone and everything dissolves in Brahm eventually.

ब्रह्मण्याधाय कर्माणि  सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा करोति यः ।
लिप्यते न स पापेन  पद्मपत्रमिवाम्भसा ।।5-10।।
Brahmanyaadhaaya karmaani sangam tyaktwaa karoti yah |
Lipyate na sa paapena padmapatram ivaambhasaa ||

Dedicating all actions to Supreme Brahm, abandoning all attachments to fruits of actions, such men would never adhere to sin as does lotus that adheres not to water while living in water.
Question is who is the doer? And why dedicate all actions to God?
Actions belong to Gods as people act under direction of either Prakriti or Purusha, yet taking cognition of purusha in us is in individual hands. Ignorant thinking themselves as the doer fall in traps set by Prakriti, while awakened souls listen to supreme Purusha’s voice within and refrain from misdeed. Life bearers have this choice. Dedicating deeds to Gods, entails to performing actions in wider consciousness and goodness, resulting in intrinsic bliss, while also improving this life and the next.
When we do something wrong and realize it, we become defensive. Our excuses are often: “Oh I did so because I was told by…, or I was under impression safety check is done already…or..it happened due to failure of machine or this and that reason…etc.” We tend to shift the blame on external factors. This is when we become very honest and pass on the accountability of our deeds to Prakriti, but not at other times.
Physical and metaphysical connotations of actions needs to be understood. Any action in its physical reality has to be accounted for -Good or bad whatsoever deserves the prize or punishment to motivate or reprimand similar physical recurrences. Yet, metaphysical connotation is that individuals acted under influence of deluding Prakriti or Enlightening Purusha, and hence credits and discredit does not go to them. Yet souls are responsible for their choice to go by desire or listen to God’s within. Thus, souls become responsible for self-awakening and self-nurturing, and their next life. Do not blame the luck and the God for underprivileged births of animals, insects, reptiles or differentiation within human births.
Looking at Five-factor theory of action, where four factors are said to be in one’s control while the fifth one, the Fate  is not, most of the times. The Fate or luck is about how people are dependent on others with no control. Their perception and  reaction to our actions is often dependant on how they think and presume. Sometime good salesman may manage their Bosses and peers, which is a very special quality to survive in today’s world of competition and political circles in our work environments. Sadly, fate may often be more predominant than other four factors, as people may ignore the four factors in your control. Going deeper, controlling peers, superiors, and juniors is often in one’s hands and it depends on soft skills such as how we question them, challenge them, threaten them indirectly or directly, motivate them, deject them, support them, or bypass them. The world around follows slowly, if not threatened by you, but it follows quickly if you are in power to cause harms. Put up a fact in gradual manner rather than opening all cards at once, and forcing remedies etc. Do not force convictions, let their realization come up to the mark, and alignment be established, then go as a team. Possibly this may help managing people’s 360-degree perceptions about you. Easy said than done, therefore, all this is in Prakriti’s hands, mostly.
Another factor in Five-factor theory is the ‘Doer’. What is it? It is the souls in Satwa, rajas and tamas persona. Imagine two politicians hate each other. However, one is satwik and another rajasik. In a democratic state both have popular support. One fine day, their souls are swapped. They start behaving completely opposite of this each other. But their supporters have not changed nor has their support in the media. Satwik politician A now talks like rajasik politician B and vice versa. Media and voters continue to support their leader, ignorant to the fact that now they are opposing their original leaders and favouring opposite leader whom they made fun of in social media. Here opinions were not dedicated to the objective truth, but subjective bodies. Satwik souls seeking objectivity in actions, would switch their supports. We need to dedicate our opinions and works to truth and objectivity. This is possible only if we dedicate our thoughts and actions to Gods, not to individuals.
How such principles relate to practical life? Prakriti or Purusha affects every decision, even the most trivial issues. For example: A Satwik attitude demonstrated by a driver as he  stops at red light before zebra crossing. Another car comes and, in a bid, to prove himself smarter, stops little ahead, on the Zebra crossing. A three-wheeler comes and stops further ahead of both and a two-wheeler crossing all of them does not even care for zebra crossing. A cycle rickshaw comes and stops in front of all of them. A little self-control would have made life-at-road easy for all of them. All are in Prakriti’s control. Except probably the Rickshaw puller, who has reason to do so as he has to manually pull a loaded rickshaw and cross the junction in few seconds, designed for motorized vehicles. No roads and traffic signals are designed for Rikshaw pullers and cyclist these days. We do not customize design for our people and needs, instead blindly copy all designs from the west, where there are no Rikshaw pullers. Satwik sense brings originality in thoughts and decision, which we are mostly missing in our day-to-day life. It is good to use experience but not when it blinds our vision.
There are many such applications of dedicating actions to Gods, such as in handling differences of opinion, one may simply put his point and try to capture others view point objectively, then accept it on its technical merit. Managing works and perceptions are possible using these principles. Often people reject such positivity, saying ‘Oh! be practical, world is not like this’. Think! What is practical? anything that affects a real outcome has practical connection. The outcome that helps all stakeholders, and not just few individuals, is the most practical. Anything that is logically and theoretically doable, is also practically doable, irrespective of the fact whether it has been tried in the past. This is the way we advance, learn, modify our ways and develop expertise. Do not try to give our selfishness or apprehensions a synonym of ‘be practical’, a common folly. Remember Karmanye vadhi karaste, maa faleshu kadachan….our rights are limited to actions, not the results, hence dedicate actions to Gods, and be logical, and truthful in customizing solutions. Discover your originality.
